We’re always accepting applications, although most of our hiring takes place between February and April. Our busiest period runs from mid-March to early or mid-June, during which we accomplish in two months what many businesses handle in a year. We’re looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals who are ready to commit during this time.

Most positions require lifting, carrying, and standing for the entire shift. While prior knowledge of the greenhouse industry or plants is a plus, a passion for plants is essential. We work hard but enjoy the benefits of staying active, soaking up the sun, and spending time outdoors during the summer.
